Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, Materials Management, Inventory Control, or Purchasing is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain planning, materials management, manufacturing, distribution, or enterprise planning environments.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a Zero Harm culture by maintaining a safe workplace and promoting continuous improvement in EH&S performance.
• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to maximize customer service and working capital across SAP, CDK, and regional distribution.
• Develop, execute, and optimize enterprise inventory planning strategies using SAP S/4HANA, CDK, CTS, Komtrax, Planning Model, and the Supply Chain Control Tower.
• Leverage historical demand, fleet population, customer projects, equipment utilization, lead times, and predictive analytics to improve inventory health and fill rate.
• Support enterprise planning initiatives including Inventory Planning, CEP, Major Component Planning, Used Equipment, and Strategic Projects.
• Utilize analytics, Power BI, Palantir, and the Control Tower to identify inventory risks and drive improvement initiatives.
• Serve as SME for inventory planning within SAP S/4HANA, CDK, CTS, Planning Model, and the Supply Chain Control Tower.
• Support standardization of enterprise planning processes across Komatsu North America.
