Job summary

MetAntz in Santa Clara is seeking a Service Planner (Contract) to support the Service Operations team by maintaining service supply plans, contracts, BOMs, and supplier data to meet customer return demand.

You will analyze demand and capacity, manage shortages and routing with production teams, and drive process improvements using SAP planning. 7+ years of experience and strong English required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in service planning or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service supply plans, contracts, BOMs, and supplier data to meet customer return demand.
• Analyze demand changes, shortages, and capacity to prepare weekly summaries.
• Collaborate with production and program managers to develop ramp plans and transitions for revisions.
