Qualifications

• Three or more years in Merchandise Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Allocation, Financial Planning, Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to derive insights from large data sets.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and BI platforms; proficient in MS Office and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in day-to-day planning activities: purchasing quantity decisions, distributions, allocations, inbound appointments, demand forecasting, replenishment, reporting.
• Oversee department sales, profit, and inventory forecasting with Purchasing and Logistics.
• Review projections for consistency and strategic alignment; advise on pricing to support strategies.
• Manage and balance department inventory; execute product allocations to stores to maximize sales and profit.
• Develop annual inventory plans from department to warehouse to store levels with cross-functional partners.
• Present analytics and reports to stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive action.
