Job summary

MSI is seeking an Inventory Manager to lead shift supervisors and provide training to team members in a 100,000 sq ft facility. You will ensure staffing, optimize operations, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in distribution center leadership, Lean knowledge, and strong MS Office skills. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; on-site role in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory/management experience.
• Supervised at least 15 team members.
• 5 years of distribution center operations experience.
• Lean manufacturing principles highly desired.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to shift supervisors and hold them accountable for performance.
• Lead leadership development and training for 25–50 team members.
• Ensure staffing for all shifts and manage flow of orders for ~25 employees in 100,000 sq ft facility.
• Maintain and improve facility quality processes and safety compliance.
• Oversee inventory counts and annual physical inventory processes.
