Job summary

MSI is seeking an Operations Director to oversee warehouse operations, staffing, and process improvements in a 200,000 square foot facility in Edison, NJ. You will manage a team of about 50 employees, coordinate shipments, monitor quality, and report performance to leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in distribution center operations, strong data analysis, and a track record of driving efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Distribution Center Operations experience.
• Experience supervising 50+ team members.
• Proven ability to present operational data to leadership.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing for all shifts to support ~50 employees in a 200,000 sq ft facility.
• Drive quality processes and on-time shipping performance.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly productivity reporting.
• Oversee facility maintenance and supplies.
• Develop leadership and growth within the team.
