Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with inventory control and quality inspection

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory control activities including cycle counts and audits
• Analyze inventory trends and investigate variances to improve performance
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and other systems
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving teams to resolve issues
• Serve as a primary contact for inventory inquiries and support internal customers
• Verify and process incoming/outgoing shipments with correct quantities and part numbers
• Inspect outbound shipments for proper packaging and documentation
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Support production by pulling, staging, and delivering materials
• Generate and analyze SAP reports to monitor inventory performance
• Enter data accurately and maintain detailed records
• Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Maintain high attention to detail and quality in all activities
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly
