Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Inventory Management to analyze current inventory, resolve inbound discrepancies, and drive warehouse efficiency. You will validate shipments, generate standard reports and forecasts, and lead regular cycle counts to minimize costs while meeting service goals.

Responsibilities include managing inbound data, forecasting demand, placing electronic orders, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating returns with manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Computer literate with AIMS/SAP/CIMA/Microsoft Office
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Analytical skills to interpret and analyze data
• Ability to generate statistical reports and graphs

Responsibilities

• Receives inbound products and verifies packing slips; enters data and releases product for use.
• Develops forecasts of inventory based on demand, orders, and shipment speeds.
• Places electronic orders and communicates with manufacturers for details.
• Monitors inventory levels and runs reports on slow/fast-moving items and expirations.
• Checks discrepancies and quality issues, contacts manufacturers to resolve.
• Conducts regular cycle counts and validates data; trains others on count procedures.
• Manages storage, outbound logistics, and returns to manufacturers; updates data in systems.
