Job summary

Fanatics Commerce, a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, seeks an Sr. Inventory Analyst to strengthen inventory accuracy, controls, and cross-functional decision-making across its network.

You will work with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Distribution, Supply Chain, and Technology to ensure precise transactions, robust SOX controls, and ongoing process improvements. You will drive KPI development, dashboards, and exception reporting, supporting ERP transitions and AI-enabled insights

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inventory analysis, supply chain, operations, accounting, or related field.
• Ability to analyze multiple data sources and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data visualization.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and BI tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, accounting, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Distribution, Supply Chain, and Technology to ensure accurate inventory transactions and controls.
• Serve as SME on end-to-end inventory processes and translate findings into SOPs, controls, and training.
• Support ERP transition and inventory-control projects with analysis, testing, implementation, and stabilization.
• Create and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports for inventory performance across facilities.
• Develop cross-functional inventory processes and controls to support SOX compliance.
