Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt of supplies from vendors, validate orders, and enter delivery data.
• Ensure supplies are stored safely and correctly in storeroom.
• Maintain ongoing inventory to prevent stock shortages.
• Communicate updates, discrepancies, and shortages to management.
• Coordinate distribution of outgoing supplies to departments.
• Document all transactions accurately; train staff on procedures.
• Keep storeroom clean and organized.
• Perform related duties as required; essential functions noted per ADA.
