Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Inventory & Deployment Execution to shape and execute comprehensive inventory strategies that align with financial and operational goals.

You will oversee the full product lifecycle, drive optimal deployment, and provide visibility into stock levels and service performance. In this role you will lead a cross-functional team, partner with Finance to forecast cash flow and develop robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong understanding of Inventory Management principles and systems.
• Experience with S&OP processes and demand-based replenishment.
• Experience with Supply Chain IT transaction systems and information flow.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Deployment Planners and guide performance.
• Optimize finished goods inventory and service levels.
• Collaborate with Finance on cash flow forecasting.
• Maintain safety stock policies and review service levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet customer fill-rate targets.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory and deployment processes.
