Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certification through the Category Management Association (CPSA, CPCM) a plus.
• 7+ years of industry or relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Retailer POS, Syndicated/Panel data, Excel, Circana/IRI, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with shopper card data systems (e.g., EYC, Stratum, Dunnhumby).
• Excellent analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent data visualization and storytelling capabilities.
• Working knowledge of space management software.

• Category Analysis: in-depth market trend and consumer behavior analysis.
• Insights Generation: translate data into actionable business insights.
• Sales Support: craft stories to enable selling across retail channels.
