Job summary

Real Alloy in Morgantown, KY is seeking an experienced Senior Inventory Data Administrator to join our team. This role focuses on data entry, inventory control, scheduling and reporting to support plant operations.

You will work with Excel, Oracle and our BEST logistics system, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining records, and preparing weekly and monthly reports for management. Local candidates only; no relocation provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of inventory control or data entry experience or an Associate Degree with an emphasis in accounting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficiency in Excel and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, maintain, monitor and report receiving appointments to databases for incoming materials daily.
• Gather documentation from internal customers and manually enter into the system.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules.
• Invoicing and buying/selling shipments through a manual process.
• Develop and manage deadlines to meet commercial account requirements.
• Enter and update inbound/outbound shipments in BEST logistics system.
• Prepare, reconcile, and send weekly and monthly reports to customers and management.
