Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize excess while ensuring stock availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and annual physical inventories.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Forecast inventory needs based on sales, production, and demand planning.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of inventory transactions in ERP systems.
• Prepare reports and present inventory performance to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and annual physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze inventory reports, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of inventory transactions in ERP or inventory management systems.
• Forecast inventory requirements based on sales, production, and demand planning.
• Monitor inventory performance metrics, including inventory turnover and stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare reports and present inventory performance to senior management.
