Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a Senior Inventory Coordinator for Raw Materials & Network Storage in Walnut, CA. You will serve as the primary inventory liaison across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy, governance, and timely reporting using SAP, WMS and vendor portals.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in inventory-related roles, experience with 3PLs, and a Bachelor’s degree. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive salary and strong benefits in a growing beverage company.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in inventory management, inventory control, logistics coordination or related disciplines.
• Experience with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and remote warehouse operations.
• Experience supporting inventory operations across multiple warehouse locations.
• Experience supporting inventory audits, cycle counts, and financial reconciliations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Must be located in Walnut, CA or surrounding area and onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy across Walnut Distribution Center and multiple third-party locations.
• Perform inventory reconciliation between SAP, WMS, and vendor portals.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, adjustments, shortages, overages, and transaction issues.
• Monitor inventory movements, transfers, receipts, and consumption for accurate records.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between plants, suppliers, and warehouses.
• Develop and maintain inventory reports, dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Generate weekly, monthly and ad hoc inventory reports for leadership teams.
