Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking a detail-oriented professional to monitor inventory accuracy across the network and support system enhancements. You will troubleshoot, test, and document processes while collaborating with IT and site teams to implement efficient, accurate workflows.

Responsibilities include reconciling discrepancies, improving data capture, and supporting 24/7 on-call availability every six weeks. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in equivalent or related field.
• Distribution / Logistics / Inventory Control Experience.
• SAP or WMS experience.
• Troubleshooting and testing systems to identify issues and discrepancies.
• Ability to quickly understand new system concepts and workflows.
• Proficiency in programming languages, database exploration, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills bridging technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systematic and physical accuracy of external manufacturing product in the KHC network.
• Support efforts to increase visibility and ensure accuracy in the raw, packaging, and WIP space where necessary.
• Point of contact for system and process driven issues impacting systems accuracy.
• Analyze approved adjustments to ensure proper controls across the network and minimize losses.
• Assist in reconciling inventory discrepancy for Finished Goods.
• Assist in Insider Support functions.
• Develop strategies for report automation or data capture improvements.
• Collaborate with team managers and sites to determine necessary system requirements.
• Identify system changes impacting inventory accuracy and communicate to users.
