Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with inventory accuracy and cycle-count programs.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Experience with ERP/WMS and weekly operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the weekly inventory-accuracy rhythm across sites and drive cycle counts.
• Manage cycle-count programs end-to-end from scheduling to closure.
• Investigate discrepancies and lead root-cause and corrective actions.
• Review site performance and drive containment with internal teams and partners.
• Compare physical inventory to ERP/WMS records and rectify discrepancies.
• Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and SOPs; monitor risk and discrepancies.
