Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Services Supply Chain Inventory Management and Control Engineer to drive material and inventory control across the services supply chain. You will partner with planning, repair operations, finance, contract manufacturers and 3PLs to improve controls and reduce financial adjustments.

Responsibilities include establishing cycle counts and governance, implementing standards across sites, and building dashboards and playbooks to enable executive-ready decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in inventory management, control or related finance ops.
• Experience running cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Proven track record with outsourced supply chain partners.
• Expertise in warehouse controls for accuracy and audit readiness.
• Strong ERP/WMS experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/MS Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets for decisions.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and exec-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve processes to meet inventory accuracy targets.
• Create control standards, policies and governance across sites and partners.
• Establish cycle count, physical inventory and scrap policies with execution standards.
• Collaborate with partners to maintain accuracy and reduce shortages/excess.
• Analyze inventory trends and implement corrective actions.
• Improve controls, data quality and automation across ERP/WMS.
• Serve as senior point of contact for critical discrepancies.
• Develop dashboards, reports, SOPs and training materials.
• Drive data-backed recommendations and implementations.
