Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Regional Inventory Control (Finance) based in Houston. Lead a distributed team to maintain inventory accuracy underpinning financial close and fulfillment against NA operations goals.

Responsibilities include standardizing processes across sites, owning B2B attestation, and driving improvements in cycle counts, variances, and MRB resolution. Requires 10+ years in inventory control and 5+ years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Master's degree and/or APICS certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of operations experience in inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing partner management; 5+ years leading a team.
• Proven experience leading multi-site inventory control teams and managing analysts across partner locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a distributed ORIC team across NA sites to standardize execution.
• Own monthly B2B attestation as regional Preparer; coordinate blind cycle counts per standards.
• Maintain first-pass accuracy >= 90% and escalate unresolved issues within 24 hours.
• Prioritize site concerns, classify variances, and drive 10-day close rate of 80%+.
• Close corrective actions in RCA log within 30 days in partnership with partners.
• Report NA ORIC metrics to Hub PM; drive FIFO enforcement, timely receiving, and MRB resolution.
