Rise Baking Company is seeking a skilled Inventory & Analytics Specialist to support all segments of inventory management and supply chain reporting. The role focuses on monitoring inventory health, building dashboards, and driving improvements across KPIs to optimize working capital while balancing service levels and costs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, mathematics, computer science, business, or technology and/or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, materials, or similar function related to planning and inventory control.
• Proven success reducing and managing excess/obsolete inventory.
• Experience validating data, data modeling, and creating visualizations/dashboards.
• Experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Understanding of planning and production control fundamentals, including MRP (SAP preferred), inventory management, capacity planning, scheduling, and lean manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of continuous improvement/six sigma methodology.
• Strong project management leadership, knowledge, and skills, covering planning and execution, including ability to rapidly assess risk and identify/resolve issues.
• Skilled in engaging teams to deliver results in a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to think quickly and handle frequent change.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Support inventory health and optimize inventory levels across the company.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports showing inventory levels, aging, and risk exposure.
• Help manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Procurement to mitigate inventory risks.
• Create processes, tools, and reports to monitor inventory health.
• Assist with solutions to inventory opportunities like plant transfers, substitutions, or disposals.
• Source and maintain outlets for distressed inventory.
• Drive KPIs: inventory dollars, SLOB, hold product, OTIF.
• Identify risks and advise leadership on corrective actions.
• Set up inventory-related master data for new items.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to build SC reports and dashboards.
• Manage data uploads, feeds, cleansing, and analytics in related systems.
• Interpret data to identify trends and lead supply chain projects to improve performance.
• Support food safety, quality standards, and legality of products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
