Job summary

Rise Baking Company is hiring a Supply Chain Senior Financial Analyst in Minneapolis, MN. This role partners with Supply Chain and Finance leadership to guide decisions across freight, inventory, and capital projects, helping manage costs and working capital.

You will build forecasting models, prepare executive-ready reports, and support annual budgeting, forecasts, and audits while leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance monthly financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of financial analysis and/or accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, or other BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance support for freight, outside warehousing, inventory, and capital projects.
• Own the monthly accrual process for areas of support.
• Support annual budget and forecast processes with business leaders.
