Job summary

SkyePoint Decisions seeks a Senior Intune Engineer to support a Department of State client in a hybrid role with on-site presence in the Washington, DC area. The candidate will lead Windows engineering efforts, manage Intune and MCM configurations, and provide Tier 3 support within a government environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and MCM, plus the ability to craft detailed status reports in Power BI and operate in a secure government

Qualifications

• Hands-on Microsoft system administrator experience with Intune and Entra ID.
• Tier 3 support experience for Intune, MCM, and Distribution Points.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft Azure Arc in a hybrid environment.
• Experience packaging and deploying Windows patches using MCM.
• Experience scaling endpoints with MCM, Intune, Windows Autopatch and Entra ID.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with related experience and security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate and maintain endpoint patching services with MCM and Intune AutoPatch.
• Identify endpoint collections for Intune Rings testing and production rollout.
• Develop and generate Intune performance reports.
• Plan, package, and deploy Windows quality and feature updates with Intune.
• Support policy, app and device configuration management for endpoints.
• Develop Intune documentation and SOPs.
