Job summary

You will support complex diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures in IR, Angiography, and Neuro-IR, delivering high‑quality imaging and patient care. The position requires an Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field, 5+ years of imaging experience, ARRT certification, Maryland state license, and CPR/BLS.

Job Description

Are you an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist looking to work where advanced imaging meets real-time, high-acuity patient care? We’re seeking a Sr. Interventional Radiology Technologist to support complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures across Interventional Radiology, Angiography, and Neuro-Interventional Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures across Angiography, Interventional Radiology, and Diagnostic Radiology
• Assist physicians during complex diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures
• Support sterile procedural technique, radiation safety, equipment readiness, and high-quality imaging
• Serve as a clinical resource and team lead, helping coordinate workflow and support other technologists
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, preparation, expectations, and safety requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s degree or equivalent education in Radiologic Technology or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant imaging experience
• Active ARRT Certification
• Active Maryland State Radiologic Technologist License
• Current AHA CPR/BLS Certification
