Job summary

Wellstar Medical Group, LLC in Georgia seeks an Interventional Special Procedures Technologist to join our imaging team. You will perform interventional radiology and vascular hybrid procedures, prepare equipment, position patients, and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Interventional Special Procedures setting in either IR and/or vascular hybrid setting.
• ARRT-R Radiography certification and BLS CPR required.
• Ability to work independently with competency after orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology and vascular hybrid procedures following department guidelines.
• Set up equipment and position patients to achieve high-quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain sterile technique and contribute to quality and safety programs.
• Handle communications, documentation, and on-call coverage as needed.
