Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA or JD licensure.
• Minimum five years in public accounting focusing on International Tax.
• Strong understanding of tax law and international tax compliance.
• Experience with IRS/foreign tax reporting forms (5471, 5472, 8865, 8858, 1118).
• Working knowledge of inbound/outbound structure planning, foreign tax credits, transfer pricing, ASC 740.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Performance Advisor, mentor or coach to one or more employees (approx. 10–20% of time).
• Advise clients on international tax planning, research, compliance, M&A activities and transfer pricing.
• Review US international information reporting forms.
• Review quantitative analyses and projects for international tax professionals.
• Collaborate with RSM member firms globally.
• Assist with new business development and broad service recognition for clients.
• Manage corporate international tax needs and federal/state compliance.
• Stay up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law.
