Job summary

RSM US LLP in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager in International Tax to lead core delivery for multi-jurisdictional tax engagements. You will collaborate with teams, maintain quality standards, and support client service across engagements.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting, a CPA/EA/Attorney license, at least eight years in public accounting focusing on International Tax, and strong Excel skills. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited university.
• Active CPA license in the state of residence or primary office; or active Enrolled Agent (EA) license; or active Attorney license.
• Minimum of eight years of public accounting experience with a focus in International Tax.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to meet client service, quality, and performance expectations within deadlines and standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with firm personnel and clients in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Effective project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite at client sites and in a professional office environment with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required and work extended hours during peak periods.
