Job summary

Brewer Morris is seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst to join a growing global tax team. You will support international tax compliance, cross-border tax planning, tax reporting, and technical research across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in international taxation and thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment. The role requires 3-5+ years of international tax experience, familiarity with Corptax, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of international tax experience in public accounting or multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax concepts and cross-border reporting.
• Experience supporting foreign subsidiary compliance and tax research.
• Proficiency with corporate tax software and tax compliance platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review international tax compliance workpapers and reporting schedules for foreign subsidiaries and cross-border operations.
• Support the preparation of U.S. international informational filings and related calculations (CFCs, FTCs, E&P, provisions).
• Analyze global corporate structures and assist with tax elections and entity classifications.
• Assist with withholding tax compliance, reporting requirements, and documentation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to improve tax processes, reporting efficiencies, and controls.
• Research international and cross-border tax matters, document conclusions, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with external advisors, auditors, and regional finance teams on tax projects.
• Support quarterly and annual tax reporting, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Monitor legislative developments impacting international tax and evaluate implications.
• Participate in special projects and expansion initiatives as needed.
