Job summary

The SR Group (UK) Limited is seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst to join a growing global tax team. This role will support international tax compliance, cross-border tax planning, tax reporting, and technical research across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in international taxation, demonstrate analytical capabilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, multinational business environment. 3–5+ years of experience and CPA/MST/MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of international tax experience in a public accounting firm or multinational environment.
• CPA, MST, MBA or other advanced tax credential preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. international tax concepts and cross-border reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review international tax compliance workpapers and schedules for foreign subsidiaries.
• Assist with U.S. international informational filings and calculations (CFCs, foreign tax credits, E&P, tax provisions).
• Analyze global corporate structures and assist with tax elections and entity classifications.
• Support withholding tax compliance and related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve tax processes and controls.
• Research international tax matters and document conclusions, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with auditors and regional finance teams on tax projects.
• Assist with quarterly and annual tax reporting and reconciliations.
