Job summary

Pacific Life Insurance Company in Omaha, NE or Newport Beach, CA seeks an Internal Wholesaler to drive Broad Market Life Insurance sales across a multi-state region. You will partner with FVPs and the NSM to meet annual sales objectives and grow BGAs/IMOs.

You will onboard new distributors, coordinate trainings, educating staff on product features and underwriting, and maintaining CRM records. A 4-year degree is preferred but not required, with 2–4 years of insurance or wholesaling experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred but not required
• 2–4 years insurance or related sales/wholesaling experience
• Strong team player with seminars, workshops and meetings
• Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to influence customer and producer behavior

Responsibilities

• Partner with FVPs to manage relationships with BGAs & IMOs
• Grow term and universal life sales within assigned accounts
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual sales objectives
• Promote products and digital solutions to distribution partners
• Lead onboarding for new distribution relationships
• Coordinate regional trainings and product/underwriting education
• Maintain distributor contacts and CRM records
