Job summary

Pacific Life seeks an Internal Wholesaler to drive growth for Annuity and Mutual Fund products across assigned financial professionals. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote work, and emphasizes consultative selling to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

The ideal candidate has FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 6/7, 63), at least three years in financial services sales, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a Financial Services environment, preferably with Annuities and Mutual Funds.
• FINRA SIE, Series 6/7 and 63 License.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented Sales Professional.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Proactively marketing Pacific Life Annuity & Mutual Fund products to existing and potential producers using consultative sales skills to meet sales goals, maintain and/or grow market share and raise division assets.
• Developing and maintaining ongoing business relationships with financial professionals within their assigned region(s).
• Increasing rep penetration and cross-selling multiple product lines by identifying sales opportunities and help advisors identify ideal clients for our products.

As an Internal Wholesaler, you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by:

Internal Wholesaler I - $67,000 with a target amount of $90,500

Internal Wholesaler II - $69,000 with a target amount of $100,000

Newport Beach:

Internal Wholesaler I - $71,000 with a target amount of $94,500

Internal Wholesaler II - $73,000 with a target amount of $104,000

Actively working on compensation for Charlotte

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
