Job summary

Pacific Life seeks an Internal Wholesaler to drive sales of Broad Market Life Insurance products across a multi-state region, coordinating with Field Vice-Presidents and the National Sales Manager. The role emphasizes building new distribution, expanding existing relationships, and executing strategic initiatives for growth.

You will train distributors, promote product solutions, and manage onboarding to accelerate high-quality case development and profitability across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years business experience.
• Licensed for Life & Health Insurance Sales.
• Strong telephone and virtual communication skills.
• Proven sales skills and ability to engage in conceptual selling.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FVPs to manage relationships with BGAs & IMOs within the Broad Market Channel.
• Sell term and universal life within assigned BGA/IMO accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies with FVPs to achieve annual sales and marketing objectives.
• Promote Broad Market products and digital solutions to distribution partners and producers.
• Oversee onboarding of new distribution relationships and conduct regional training/webinars.
