Job summary

Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company seeks a Sr. Internal Wholesaler to grow sales with Bank and Independent Broker-Dealer partners in the Financial Institutions channel.

You will work with an external wholesaler to create and execute sales, marketing, and distribution strategies, driving annuity product sales across the assigned territory. The role requires strong relationship-building and industry expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
• 5+ years in professional sales/customer-facing roles with cross-team collaboration.
• 2+ years in Insurance/Financial Services or related industry preferred.
• Life Insurance License Series 6 or 7 and 63 required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Bank & Broker-Dealer partners to grow annuity sales.
• Collaborate with RVP to develop business & marketing plans for market share.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of F&G products, practices, and procedures.
• Execute outbound call and email campaigns to top advisors and prospects.
