Job summary

Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company in Des Moines, IA seeks a Sr. Internal Wholesaler to grow sales with Bank and Independent Broker-Dealer partners. You will collaborate with the RVP to execute sales and marketing plans for F&G annuity products in your territory.

You will partner with internal teams, train advisors, and use sales tools to maximize market share. This role requires a Life Insurance License, Series 6/7 and 63, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in professional work serving customers and cross-functional collaboration.
• 2+ years in Insurance or Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities

• Grow annuity sales with Bank & Broker-Dealer partners.
• Collaborate with RVP to create business and marketing plans.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of F&G products and processes.
• Execute outbound call and email campaigns to top advisors.
