Qualifications

• 6+ years of communications experience, including 2+ years in internal comms.
• Experience in product communications.
• Background in PR, journalism, branding or campaigns.
• Experience supporting globally distributed and hybrid workforces.
• Strong project management and ability to lead multiple projects.
• Ability to counsel and influence senior executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies for leaders across the organization.
• Provide proactive and reactive messaging to support key initiatives, organizational changes, and program rollouts.
• Write and develop messaging on topics including organizational strategy, product launches, and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, HR, Operations) to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage internal forums and events (All Hands, Q&As), including narrative development and executive messaging.
