Job summary

CRISP Shared Services, Inc. is seeking a Corporate and Product Communications Manager to shape integrated communications strategies across corporate, customer, product and technology domains, guiding messaging and execution.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor staff, and partner with senior leaders to strengthen CSS's reputation and support product adoption, with remote/hybrid collaboration across the nation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in corporate, customer, product, and executive communications with strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare, technology, product, and operational concepts into clear messaging.
• Strong relationship-management and advisory skills across executive, product, technology, operations, market, and customer teams.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead multiple complex communications initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day communications activities of assigned verticals, coordinating priorities and timelines.
• Owns planning and execution of communications strategies across verticals, translating priorities into coordinated initiatives.
• Mentors less-experienced colleagues and supports staff development within the department.
• Manages external agencies and partners to ensure deliverables align with CSS priorities and timelines.
