Job summary

Froedtert Health seeks an Internal Occupational Health Manager to lead a diverse team delivering integrated occupational health services to staff across multiple sites. You will oversee pre-placement physicals, medical surveillance, injury care and follow-up, ensuring efficient coordination of department functions.

The role requires a minimum of five years in occupational health with leadership experience, a healthcare-related bachelor's degree, and preferred COHN or BSN qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health or comparable experience.
• Leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field required.
• BSN degree preferred; COHN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidimensional team of occupational health nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants and office assistants across multiple sites/hospitals.
• Coordinate pre-placement physicals, medical surveillance, work injury care, exposure follow up and staff health programs.
• Develop and manage department budgets and drive process improvement strategies.
