Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center seeks an experienced Clinical Director of Occupational Health Services to lead clinical operations across multiple sites. You will set program standards, oversee immunizations, return-to-work, injury management, and regulatory compliance while advancing workforce health and readiness.

Reporting to the AVP of Clinical Services, you will mentor a multidisciplinary team of nurses, nurse practitioners, and clinicians, drive quality improvement, collaborate with HR, Labor

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold an active NYS license (RN/NP/MD/DO) with relevant board certification.
• Progressive leadership experience in Occupational Health or related settings.
• Experience managing multi-site clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Legal, Safety, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for Occupational Health Services across multiple locations.
• Oversee core programs: employee health assessments, immunizations, return-to-work, injury and exposure management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, CDC and NYS DOH; drive quality and improvement initiatives.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team of nurses, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians.
• Partner with leadership to align services with organizational priorities and strategic plans.
