Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in internal enablement or L&D in tech or hardware.
• Ability to learn complex systems and translate into instructional content.
• Advanced experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Design training curriculum for new hires and managers.
• Facilitate high-impact leadership training programs.
• Act as LMS administrator ensuring organized and accessible content.
• Partner with department heads to identify skills gaps.
• Produce high-quality training assets.
• Collaborate with People Team for onboarding integration.
• Track KPIs to measure training effectiveness.
• Stay ahead of industry trends for continuous improvement.
