Job summary

Electrolux Group North America is seeking an Internal Controls Analyst to safeguard financial and operational processes. You will evaluate compliance with group policies, design and test controls, and collaborate with Finance, Operations and Group Internal Audit to ensure regulatory adherence.

You will identify control gaps, propose remediation, and drive continuous improvement across the business in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline required.
• 3+ years of accounting, auditing, or compliance experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• CPA or CIA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess compliance with group policies and control requirements.
• Continuously review controls and update them to align with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with process owners to update documentation and testing plans annually.
• Liaise with external auditors and provide documentation during audits.
• Coordinate internal control tests with Group Internal Audit.
• Conduct annual management testing of ECS internal controls.
• Identify gaps and recommend remediation actions to strengthen controls.
• Participate in special projects with leadership to improve processes.
