Job summary

Electrolux Group North America is seeking an Internal Controls Analyst to safeguard the organization and ensure regulatory compliance. You will perform audit activities, assess risks, and work with Finance and Operations teams to strengthen controls.

In this role, you’ll coordinate testing with Group Internal Audit, support external audits, and help drive continuous improvement across processes while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline; CPA or CIA is a plus.
• 3+ years of accounting, auditing and/or compliance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess compliance with group policies to mitigate risk.
• Continuously review financial and operational controls for effectiveness.
• Coordinate with process owners to update documentation and testing plans.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits and provide required support.
• Coordinate internal control tests with Group Internal Audit.
• Conduct annual management testing of ECS internal controls.
• Identify gaps and recommend remediation actions.
• Streamline processes and identify redesign projects with leadership.
• Participate in special projects as requested by leadership.
