Job summary

Chase Auto seeks a Senior Associate to shape internal narratives and motivate teams through executive communications and editorial content. You will build internal plans, manage channels, and tell human-centered stories across Retail & Consumer, Private Label Captive Finance and Commercial Solutions.

You’ll support senior executives, craft messages for town halls and presentations, and use measurement to improve impact. Travel ~10% common in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of internal, corporate and/or executive communications experience with writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Experience advising senior management and communicating with C-suite executives.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple senior executives with messages, town halls, announcements and LinkedIn content.
• Create and execute strategic communications plans with channels and calendars.
• Identify and tell human-centered, compelling stories across business units.
• Partner with internal/external teams to drive innovation and new ideas.
• Stay current on emerging communications methods and AI-enabled tools.
