Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a senior communications manager to shape internal communications and executive messaging across the organization. Based at our Marlborough, MA headquarters, you’ll partner with senior leaders to develop compelling content for major company moments and drive our editorial strategy.

You’ll manage storytelling across clubs, DCs and corporate teams, with travel ~30–40% to uncover opportunities and engage team members.

• Experience supporting senior leaders
• Experience developing and executing editorial strategies
• Ability to travel regularly (~30-40%)

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications plans aligned with BJ’s strategic priorities and purpose
• Manage the editorial strategy and content calendar across the organization
• Find and tell compelling stories from clubs, distribution centers and corporate teams
• Partner with senior leaders to develop clear executive messaging and presentations
• Create communications for major company moments (leadership conferences, town halls, executive meetings)
• Coordinate messaging, timelines and stakeholders from planning to execution
• Travel regularly to BJ’s locations and events to capture stories and provide communications support
