Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
• 4–8 years in internal or corporate communications.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling across formats.
• Experience creating digital content and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging communications that bring Nestlé USA’s strategy, priorities, brands, people and culture to life.
• Identify and develop stories from across the organization, connecting team and functional successes to the broader Nestlé USA narrative.
• Create content across multiple formats and channels, including leadership messages, announcements, presentations, videos, digital communications and employee campaigns.
• Translate complex business topics into simple, relevant messages that explain what is changing and why it matters to employees.
• Support communication plans for priority initiatives and organizational changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and deliver cohesive communications.
• Plan and execute Town Halls, leadership meetings and employee communication events.
