Job summary

DKKD Staffing is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor in Calabasas Hills, CA, to support the client’s SOX compliance program and audits. You’ll work with Senior Manager and Manager of Internal Audit to plan, test controls, and report findings from our headquarter/support center.

You’ll thrive with strong project management, critical thinking, and clear communication as you help assess risk, improve controls, and guide remediation activities. Hybrid schedule with some in-office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA, CIA, or CISA designation or progress toward.
• 3+ years in public accounting, internal audit, and/or SOX.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report internal audits and advisory projects.
• Support SOX compliance program, including testing and deadlines.
• Assess risk, evaluate controls, and document findings.
• Develop operational efficiencies and process improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
