Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor for the Worldwide Amazon Stores Internal Audit team to apply broad risk and compliance expertise across diverse businesses and technical environments.

You will execute end-to-end audits, communicate findings to senior management, and drive improvements in controls, governance, and process efficiency within a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute project plans, prepare written findings, and facilitate business responses and action items.
• Dive deep into details to develop meaningful findings and root cause remediation.
• Facilitate multiple stakeholders to agree on solutions and verify risk mitigation.
• Prepare reports for senior management and reporting to the Audit Committee.
• Represent Internal Audit at meetings with stakeholders, Management and Board committees.
• Produce documentation to respond to internal/external requests.
