Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of progressively responsible experience in auditing, accounting, compliance or related field.
• Familiarity with audit software and regulatory frameworks; strong analytical, problem-solving and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal audit engagements across the University of South Alabama campus and USA Health entities.
• Lead and/or conduct risk-based, performance, financial, compliance, and IT audits.
• Document processes and internal controls; test controls and report findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with audit staff and mentors; manage engagement progress and deadlines.
