Job summary

Techtronic Industries North America, Inc. seeks a Senior Internal Auditor to join a growing IA team in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The role reports to the IA Manager and offers in-office collaboration four days a week with opportunities for advancement across the Global Organization. The successful candidate will lead engagements across key processes, leveraging data analytics to assess risks and drive improvements, while mentoring junior staff and delivering high-quality workpapers and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of audit experience; manufacturing/warehousing experience preferred.
• Big 4 public accounting experience a plus in manufacturing/auditing.
• Experience with inventory controls and data analytics tools a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of audits across key processes from planning to reporting.
• Develop audit objectives, scope and programs based on risk analysis.
• Perform walkthroughs, tests of controls, and analytics; document evidence.
• Produce high-quality workpapers and audit reports aligned with IIA standards.
• Mentor and review junior auditors' assignments and provide guidance.
• Communicate findings clearly to management and auditee with actionable actions.
