CONMED Corporation is seeking a Remote Senior Internal Auditor to support the completion of SOX requirements and the annual internal audit plan across financial, operational, IT, compliance and select third‑party audits. The role emphasizes rigorous testing, evidential gathering and risk assessment to improve controls and value for the company.

You will perform test procedures on key controls related to SOX, prepare status reports, and develop formal audit findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or another related field.
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting, audit /internal audit.

At CONMED, Internal Audit promotes the effective and efficient use of our resources through implementation of compliance controls, value added projects and cost savings and avoidance opportunities. We are seeking a driven and financially savvy Senior Internal Auditor to join the team.

As a Remote Senior Internal Auditor , you will support the completion of annual Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and the annual internal audit plan, which may include Financial, Operational, IT, Compliance and select third party audits.

Position Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or another related field
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting, audit /internal audit.

Preferred Experience:

• Audit knowledge and skills in finance/accounting and/or information system operations
• Experience with data analytics, audit testing etc.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,074 - $90,000. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting. This job posting is anticipated to close on November 6, 2026.
