• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CIA/CISA or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years in progressive audit, compliance, or risk management roles.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial/global operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual internal audit plan based on enterprise risk assessments and priorities.
• Manage audits across domestic and international operations (operational, financial, SOX, IT).
• Evaluate internal controls, governance, and risk management processes.
• Identify control gaps and operational risks with practical recommendations.
• Mentor audit staff and standardize methodologies and reporting.
