Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred and professional certification is strongly preferred (CSP, CIH, CHMM, CLSO).
Experience with global EHS systems across multiple sites and countries.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and standardize global EHS programs focused on laser safety and cleanroom operations.
Serve as Laser Safety Officer (LSO) or oversee site LSOs ensuring compliance with ANSI, OSHA, and IEC standards.
Drive global EHS compliance and performance improvements across manufacturing, R&D, and cleanroom operations.
Lead internal audits, risk assessments, JHAs, and incident investigations in high-risk areas.
Collaborate with Engineering, Facilities, and Operations to ensure safety considerations in process changes.
Implement and manage cleanroom contamination control programs including gowning and particulate monitoring.
Train employees and management on EHS and laser safety best practices.
