Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal audit, external audit, compliance testing, or risk management within financial services or fintech.
• Ability to independently execute audits end-to-end with regulator-ready documentation.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT, sanctions, and consumer protection requirements.
• Experience managing multiple audit workstreams and deadlines with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data analytics techniques and tools to enhance audit efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end operational and compliance audits including scoping, testing, and reporting.
• Own audit request tracking, open items, and testing status with stakeholders.
• Identify control gaps and draft risk-based recommendations.
• Lead audit reporting with concise write-ups for leadership and regulators.
• Validate remediation of prior findings and confirm closure evidence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance and Legal while maintaining independence.
